TALES OF THE TERROIR, TALES OF THE FARM

Experience a selection of Boschendal reserve wines paired with the freshest produce; raised, grown and sourced straight from the Farm and Gardens at Boschendal.

This once-off menu is inspired by the seasonal, freshly picked vegetables and pasture reared beef & pork, all sourced with care from one of the country’s oldest and most-loved farms.

The Stack’s Head Chef, Peter Pankhurst has crafted a four-course menu, inspired purely by one farm and its produce, paired effortlessly with their finest wines.

Boschendal’s highly coveted Executive Chef Christiaan Campbell will present the tales of their Farm and Winemaker Danielle Jacobs, will present tales of their Terroirs.

TIME: 18h30 arrival, 19h00 dinner
